Teamwork Englewood’s Women’s Initiative set the tone for the new year with an comprehensive training program.

The EWI hit the ground running in 2023 with its partnership with The Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and NorthWest Indiana. Centered around Youth leadership and preparing the participants for career positions within the Girl Scouts Organization, the training brought together a panel of industry professionals, youth specialists, teachers, and future youth facilitators of all ages for passionate discussion around creating safe, enriched environments for youth to thrive in.
